Rise in claims culture could lead to higher premiums, Injuries Board warns
The promotion of a claims culture could result in higher insurance premiums, it was warned today.
In its latest annual review, the Injuries Board found that the volume personal injury claims made in 2012 has increased by 24% since the height of the boom in 2007, with an increase of 4.7% recorded last year alone.
