Richard Hinds guilty of Furlong murder, sentenced to five years minimum

Richard Hinds has been found guilty of the murder of Irish student Nicola Furlong in Japan.

Nineteen-year-old Hinds, from Memphis Tennessee, has been sentenced to no less than five and no more than 10 years, with labour, in prison in a court in Tokyo this morning.
