Fourth arrest in connection with foiled terror attack in Northern Ireland

A fourth man has been arrested in connection with a foiled terror attack in Northern Ireland.

The PSNI found four live mortars in the back of a Donegal registered van when they intercepted it in Derry and officers believe it was on its way to a police station.
