Smithfield Horse Fair underway in Dublin

The traditional Smithfield Horse Fair is taking place in Dublin today.

It is the first market to take place under new bye laws adopted by Dublin City Council in January.

The market will now take place twice a year, on the first Sundays of March and September, and will include a photographic exhibition, artwork and music.
