Pair to appear in court over dissident republican activities

Two men will appear before the Special Criminal Court this evening following a garda operation targeting dissident republican activities.

The men, aged 39 and 45, were arrested in Newbridge in Co Kildare on Thursday after detectives found a number of items associated with the manufacture of pipe bomb.
