Kenny rules out re-opening tribunal despite fresh Lowry revelations

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has said he has no intention of re-opening the Moriarty Tribunal in the wake of the fresh revelations surrounding former Minister Michael Lowry.

A taped conversation from 2004 between the now Independent TD and a land agent suggested that Mr Lowry did not declare a payment for tax.
