Insurance company to create 40 jobs

Forty jobs are on the way to Carlow at Unum, it was announced today.

The insurance company says it is looking for 40 additional employees at its software development centre in Carlow.

The move will bring the site's headcount to 112.

Unum provides financial protection benefits in the workplace such as disability, life, accident and critical illness insurance.
