Sean Quinn Junior due back in court

Sean Quinn Junior is due back before the High Court this morning following his offer to sell his exclusive Dublin apartment in order to purge his contempt.

The son of the bankrupt businessman was also to travel to Moscow to get statements relating to bank accounts held by him and his family.

IBRC has accepted his offer to sell the Castleknock penthouse apartment owned by him and his wife Karen Woods.

The court has been told the businessman, who served jail time for breaching an order not to move assets, is now trying to co-operate with the bank.

Elsewhere, Sean Quinn Jnr's sister Aoife Quinn will face a second day of cross examination by IBRC's lawyers before a different judge over whether the family has disclosed all relevant details of their assets and accounts to the bank.
