A 17-year-old boy has been spared trial for indecently exposing himself twice at the same location in Dublin after he agreed to apologise for his actions.

The schoolboy was facing two counts under Section 18 of the Criminal Law Act 1931 for exposing himself and urinating “to offend modesty, cause scandal and injure the morals of the community”, in front of people on April 13 and April 28, 2011, at a location in west Dublin.
