Police use water cannons as afternoon rioting breaks out in Belfast

More rioting has broken out in parts of Belfast this afternoon.

It has been reported that missiles have been thrown by nationalists and loyalists on Lower Newtownards Road and police have used water cannon to disperse the crowd.
