Sinn Féin hit out at proposals to overhall pension system

Sinn Féin is hitting out at the Social Protection Minister's proposals to radically overhaul the pension system.

Minister Joan Burton said that she wants to implement a new universal pension scheme - which employees would be automatically enrolled into - in order to ensure they have adequate funds when they retire.
