Eighth man due to face charges after €4.6m cannabis seizure

A man is due to appear before Dublin District Court this morning, charged in connection with a massive drug seizure last week.

€4.6m worth of cannabis was seized by gardaí at various locations across the country during Operation Nitrogen.

So far seven people have been charged in connection with this investigation.

This morning, an eighth person who is a man in his 30s will appear in court.
