Kenny unhappy with Bank of Ireland interest rate hike

"I don't like this" was the verdict of the Taoiseach Enda Kenny on a hike in interest rates on credit cards by Bank of Ireland but he admits he is powerless to do anything about it.

The bank is increasing rates on various cards by up to 4%.
