Kenny insists there will be no Budget U-turn

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny is indicating there will not be any U-turn on the issue of respite care grants.

Labour backbenchers are hoping to be able to reverse the €325 cut announced yesterday when putting through the Social Welfare Bill.
