Taoiseach to speak at British Irish Council summit
The Taoiseach Enda Kenny will attend the British Irish Council summit at Cardiff Castle in Wales this morning.
Mr Kenny is expected to speak about the recent European Council meeting and Ireland's upcoming European Union presidency.
He will also make reference to the close economic ties between Ireland and Britain.
The Council was established under the Good Friday Agreement to promote the special relationship between the eight Member Administrations across the islands.
