HSE in contact with Praveen Halappanavar's legal representatives since Savita's death

The Health Service Executive has said it has been in contact with legal representatives for Savita Halappanavar's husband Praveen about the inquiry into her death.

Savita died on Sunday, October 28 at University Hospital Galway after she suffered a miscarriage 17 weeks into her pregnancy.
