SIPTU president to outline economic recovery plan

The President of SIPTU will today outline an economic recovery plan which the union believes will bring Ireland back into a position of growth.

Jack O'Connor will address a seminar in Galway and outline why the group believe the fiscal strategy set out by the Troika cannot succeed.
