A grandson of Independent Dublin city councillor and former Sinn Féin member Christy Burke who is charged with IRA membership and firearms offences has gone back in to custody having been previously released on bail.

Ciaran Burke (aged 20) of Ferrycarrig Park, Coolock, Dublin 17, had been granted bail by the Special Criminal Court in July but this morning re-entered custody.
