Kerry Gardaí investigate attempted armed raid

Gardaí in Kerry are investigating an attempted armed raid at a family home in Tralee overnight.

It is believed a masked man tried to break down the door of the house in Balloonagh estate at around 1.30am.

When he couldn't gain entry, he allegedly threatened to shoot one of the men inside before fleeing with two other men.
