Gardaí investigate baby's death from apartment fall

An investigation has been launched into the death of a one-year-old girl, who fell from an apartment block in Dublin yesterday.

It happened at about 4pm yesterday afternoon at an apartment complex in Phibsboro.

The baby fell from a unit on the top floor and died in hospital several hours later.

Investigating officers are treating the incident as an accident.
