Man sentenced for attempted rape of escort

A father-of-four who ordered an escort to have sex with him at knifepoint has today been given a four-year jail term, with two years suspended.

At the Central Criminal Court today, Mr Justice Paul Carney suspended half of the sentence after noting that compensation has been paid.
