Howlin 'confident' of funding for new stimulus plan

The Minister for Public Expenditure, Brendan Howlin, has said he is "absolutely confident" the Government will raise enough money in the sale of State assets to fund their new stimulus package.

The Government hopes to create 13,000 jobs through the new plan announced today.
