Reilly statement: 'I have at all times acted with complete propriety'

The Health Minister James Reilly has addressed the Dáil in relation to his business affairs.

Minister Reilly's statement comes after he was named on a debt defaulters list in the 'Stubbs Gazette' magazine, along with four of his associates.
