The High Court has found bankrupt businessman Sean Quinn, his son and nephew to be guilty of contempt of court orders restraining him and his family from moving international assets.

Ms Justice Elizabeth Dunne found that all three men were evasive and at times untruthful in their evidence of their business dealings.
