Ulster Bank has said it is taking longer than expected to work through the backlog of payments caused by the bank's technical problems.

Ulster Bank has said it is taking longer than expected to work through the backlog of payments caused by the bank's technical problems.

Yesterday the bank assured customers that the issue would be fully resolved by Monday morning, however in a statement issued this evening, it gives no indication of when services will be back to normal.
