Royal Bank of Scotland - Ulster Bank's parent group - has admitted that technical problems at the bank will continue to affect customers until Monday at the earliest.

Royal Bank of Scotland - Ulster Bank's parent group - has admitted that technical problems at the bank will continue to affect customers until Monday at the earliest.

A technical glitch has now been fixed which stopped balances being updated properly but the issue is now resolving the backlog of transactions - like direct debits - that failed to go though.
