Ministers from around Britain and Ireland will convene in Stirling, Scotland today to discuss shared priorities in boosting energy generation and tackling unemployment.

Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond, Scottish Secretary Michael Moore and Taoiseach Enda Kenny will join representatives from Wales, the North, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey at a meeting of the British-Irish Council.
