Survey finds 35% rise in farm injuries

Farm injuries have risen by 35% in the last five years, according to a national farm survey conducted by Teagasc.

The director of Teagasc told a national farm safety conference in Ballincollig, Co Cork that the new figures on injury levels on farms must give the industry a "wake-up call".
