Payments delayed as technical problems continue at Ulster Bank

Ulster Bank said today that customers having difficulty accessing money in their accounts may have to wait until tomorrow until the problem is resolved.

The bank says it has experienced a technical issue which has resulted in a delay in processing certain payments.
