Noonan: No promissory notes deal before summer

The Finance Minister Michael Noonan has said there will no deal on Ireland's bank debt before the Dáil's summer break.

Mr Noonan said the Government will push for a deal to reduce the cost of the Anglo promissory note in the autumn.
