Quinn defends Minister's tax break for heritage property

Education Minister Ruairí Quinn has defended a Cabinet colleague claiming a tax relief on a heritage property he owns in Tipperary.

It emerged at the weekend that Health Minister Dr James Reilly is claiming a tax relief for a property he owns near Moneygall.
