Second bailout 'must be approved by Labour Party members'

The Chairman of the Labour Party has warned that if Ireland requires a second bailout, it must be approved by the 8,000 Labour grassroots members before the Government signs up to it.

Colm Keaveney's comments come after the IMF's executive board last night released a further €1.4bn loan instalment to Ireland.
