Sligo centre for people with intellectual disabilities to close doors

A religious order in the North West says it cannot bridge the gap in funding created by cutbacks at a centre for people with disabilities.

The Daughters of Wisdom are to withdraw services at Cregg House in Sligo, saying that the institution is underfunded by €1.3m.
