Quinn reiterates commitment to €3k cap on student registration fees

Education Minister Ruairi Quinn has reiterated the Government's commitment to a cap of €3,000 on third-level student registration charges.

A report is currently being prepared by the Higher Education Authority (HEA) for Minister Quinn's office on the funding situation in the country's third-level institutions.
