High Court asked to review divorce case after 'surprise' ruling

The High Court has been asked to review a recent divorce action that was allegedly dealt with by a judge after just 50 minutes.

A solicitor for the woman said he was surprised and "in horror" when the decision was handed down because, in his view, the case was far from over.
