Gardaí investigate stealing of priceless artifact

A priceless artifact has been stolen from St Manchan's Church in Boher, Co. Offaly.

Gardaí believe the car used by the thieves this afternoon travelled from Boher towards Shannonbridge.

Two Irish men have since been arrested on the Motorway near Leixlip and are being questioned at Tullamore Garda Station.

Gardaí are appealing to the public, particularly those in Boher and Shannonbridge, to report any suspicious activity over the past two days.
