Taoiseach: Treaty a 'foundation stone' for stability

Taoiseach Enda Kenny has said Ireland's bank debt must be included in future discussions to revive the wider European economy.

He was welcoming the outcome of the Fiscal Treaty referendum, which saw a Yes result by an almost 2:1 margin.
