Woman presents herself to gardaí investigating Dublin woman's death

Gardaí have confirmed a woman has come forward to help in their investigation into another woman's death in Dublin at the weekend.

The body of 51 -year-old Phyllis Black was found at an apartment in the north inner city on Sunday afternoon.
