Family of late Christian Brother call for probe into RTÉ claims

The family of Brother Gerard Dillon are reiterating their call for an investigation into the accusations made against him on RTÉ's 'Mission to Prey' programme.

The late Christian Brother was accused of child abuse during the 'Prime Time Investigates' programme.

Communications Minister Pat Rabbitte has said he is examining the issue and is sympathetic towards it.

Br Dillon's grand-niece Amanda Dillon has said a full investigation into the research methods used by RTÉ is needed.
