Reilly pledges 'realistic' waiting list targets when final figures are known

Health Minister Dr James Reilly has said that we will have a full picture of Ireland's outpatient waiting lists in the next couple of months.

It emerged yesterday that 178,000 people are awaiting treatment from 30 hospitals across the country.
