Hogan, Lowry 'met after Moriarty findings'
Environment Minister Phil Hogan met TD Michael Lowry and granted him access to department officials just days after the Moriarty Report was published, the Irish Examiner has reported today.
The meeting, which also involved a business group, occurred after calls by the Taoiseach for Lowry to step down, and just six days after the report’s release in March 2011.
