Septic tank inspection consultation process closes today

The public consultation process on the controversial issue of septic tank inspections closes today.

Environment Minister Phil Hogan reduced the fee from €50 to just €5 for those who register in the first three months after the charge is introduced in April, with the final deadline for registration set for March of next year.
