Taoiseach: We need public's co-operation on Household Charge

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has added his voice to comments on the set up for paying the Household Charge.

An estimated half a million people have so far registered out of a total of 1.6 million liable householders, with a deadline of Saturday evening looming.
