Gardaí probe Donegal body find

Gardaí are investigating the discovery of human remains near Redcastle in north Donegal.

The badly decomposed remains were discovered on the shore of Lough Foyle shortly after 4pm yesterday, Highland Radio reports.

The remains have been removed to Letterkenny General Hospital for examination.

Gardaí have contacted the PSNI in relation to the discovery and in an effort to determine the identity of the remains.
