Pharmaceutical firm admits four breaches of Health and Safety Act
A pharmaceutical company in Cork has pleaded guilty to four breaches of the Health and Safety Act arising out of an explosion which claimed one man's life and injured another.
Corden Pharma Ltd pleaded guilty to the offences arising from an explosion at its plant at Little Island on April 2008.
