Taoiseach: Cancelled photocall 'a non-event'

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has said plans by his party to celebrate their first year in Government were "over-enthusiastic".

The main Government party was forced into an embarrassing cancellation of the event after a Labour Minister described it as "silly".
