Union to meet AIB management today

The union representing bank workers is to meet senior management at AIB and the Department of Finance today.

The Irish Bank Officials Association is looking for clarification about the bank's restructuring plans.

Union representatives requested the meeting amid mounting speculation that AIB is preparing to cut up to 2,500 jobs.
