Thousands of job seekers are today expected to attend the second day of the Working Abroad Expo in Dublin today, after some 5,000 people came to the event at the RDS yesterday.

Thousands of job seekers are today expected to attend the second day of the Working Abroad Expo in Dublin today, after some 5,000 people came to the event at the RDS yesterday.

Some 90 exhibitors - including employers from Canada and Australia - are seeking to fill positions across a number of sectors including healthcare, construction and farming.

A second event is due to go ahead in Cork on Wednesday.

The Working Abroad Expo also offers information about immigration regulations, health and travel insurance, banking and moving services.

The event, which was scheduled to take place from 10am until 5pm today, will now open until 6pm.
