Comfort Keepers to create 545 jobs
Comfort Keepers Home Care has today announced the creation of 545 jobs.
The Irish-owned home-care business will open two new offices and training centres, which will employ six full-time staff and 200 part-time carers.
Over the remainder of the year, the firm will expand employment at its 10 existing centres, which will take on another 19 full-time workers and 320 part-time carers.
The firm offers an alternative to nursing home accommodation, providing help for people for whom daily tasks have become too difficult to manage either through illness or other reasons.
The level of care varies from 30 minutes per week to 24-hour live-in care 365 days a year.
