Family and friends mourn at Florence Noonan funeral

Hundreds of mourners have paid their respects at the funeral of Florence Noonan, the wife of the Minister for Finance, Michael Noonan.

The 68-year old passed away surrounded by her family at the Milford Care Centre in Limerick on Thursday night.

Flor, as she was affectionately known, had suffered from Alzheimers disease for the past 14 years.

Her burial is taking place at Mount Trenchard Cemetery in Loughill, West Limerick.
